If you’re receiving a lot of spam from visitors of certain countries or don’t want to make your chatbot available in certain countries, you can block those countries using the Geo-blocking feature. By blocking countries, the widget will be disabled for visitors from those countries.

How to block countries

  1. Open your chatbot’s dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings.

  1. Click the Security tab.
  2. Under the Geo-blocking section, type and choose the country you want to block.
  3. Click Save.
