How to change the WhatsApp language for a Chatbot
- From your chatbot’s dashboard, click the
Settings button under the Chatbot menu.
- Under the
General tab, you will see the Language setting. Select the language you want to use.
- Click
Save to save the changes.
How to change the WhatsApp language for an AI Agent
- From your agent’s dashboard, click the
Deploy button in the sidebar.
- Click the settings icon for
WhatsApp.
- You will see the
Language settings. Select the language you want to use.
- Click
Save to save the changes.
