You can set the language that your chatbot or AI agent will use for system messages, errors, and various other messages. The steps differ for AI Agents and Chatbots. We’ve created separate guides for each below.

How to change the WhatsApp language for a Chatbot

  1. From your chatbot’s dashboard, click the Settings button under the Chatbot menu.
  1. Under the General tab, you will see the Language setting. Select the language you want to use.
  1. Click Save to save the changes.

  1. From your agent’s dashboard, click the Deploy button in the sidebar.

  1. You will see the Language settings. Select the language you want to use.
  1. Click Save to save the changes.
