Stay on top of conversations that need your attention by enabling email notifications for live chat events. These settings are found under Settings > Notifications in your AI Agent or Chatbot dashboard. Live chat notifications settings page

Available notifications

NotificationDescription
A new conversation is waiting for agent interventionSent when a conversation is handed off from the AI and is waiting for a human agent to respond.
A conversation is assigned to meSent when a conversation is assigned to you by another team member.

How to configure

  1. Go to your AI Agent or Chatbot dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Notifications.
  3. Under Personal notifications, check the Email checkbox next to the notifications you want to receive.
  4. Click Save.
These are per-user settings. Each team member on your project needs to configure their own notification preferences.
