Add data sources to the Knowledge Base

How to add data to the knowledge base

To add data to the Knowledge Base, follow these steps:
  1. From the dashboard, go to Knowledge Base.
  1. Click on the Add new or New Data Source button.
  1. Select the type of data source you want to add.
  1. Follow the on-screen instructions to add the data source to the knowledge base.
Once added, it will take a few minutes for the data to be processed. The status of the data source will be displayed in the Knowledge Base page and will change to “Processed” once the AI has extracted the information.
