Save your work

Any changes you make to your chatbot’s flow in the Builder is saved automatically. You can also save it manually by clicking the Save button in the top right side of the screen.

When you save your changes, it will be saved as a draft and will not be published. This allows you to work on the chatbot and test it without affecting the live version.
