If you want to restart the connection between your WhatsApp account and your chatbot, you can disconnect and reconnect your account.
  1. From your chatbot’s dashboard, click the Settings button under the Chatbot menu.
  1. Go to the WhatsApp tab.
  1. Click the Disconnect button.
  1. An onboarding will be displayed to reconnect your account. Follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect your account. You can also check this guide for the steps to connect your account.
