# Saved conversation views

> Save conversation filters as personal views for faster inbox triage.

Saved views give you quick access to the conversations you work with most often. Views appear above the conversation status tabs on the **Conversations** page.

## Built-in views

Chatling includes three built-in views:

* **Mine:** Conversations assigned to you.
* **Unassigned:** Live Chat or pending handoff conversations that are not assigned to an agent.
* **Needs reply:** Live Chat or pending handoff conversations where the customer has interacted and no human agent has replied afterward.

Click the active view again to clear it.

## Status tabs

The **All**, **Open**, **Resolved**, and **Closed** tabs apply on top of the selected view.

For example, selecting **Mine** and then **Open** shows open conversations assigned to you. The status tab is not saved as part of a custom view.

## Create a custom view

1. Open the filter drawer on the **Conversations** page.
2. Select one or more filters.
3. Click **Apply filters**.
4. Click the **+** button in the saved views bar.
5. Enter a name and click **Save view**.

The **+** button is disabled until at least one filter is applied.

You can combine filters before saving. For example, select **Assigned to me** and **Needs reply** to create a view containing only conversations assigned to you that are waiting for your response.
