# Google Calendar Booking

> Let users book available Google Calendar times inside the chat.

The Google Calendar Booking action lets users schedule meetings, events, or appointments without leaving the conversation. Busy times are automatically excluded from the available slots.

## Set up the action

1. Open your AI Agent and go to **Actions**.
2. Click **New** and choose **Google Calendar Booking**.
3. Connect your Google account and choose a calendar.
4. Set the meeting duration, timezone, weekly availability, and how far ahead users can book.
5. Choose whether to send calendar invitations and include a Google Meet link.
6. Customize the booking form and optionally save booking details to variables.
7. Explain when the Agent should offer a booking, create the action, and enable it.
