# Calendly Booking Widget

> Let users schedule Calendly meetings inside the chat.

The Calendly Booking Widget action displays your Calendly scheduler inside the conversation, so users can book without leaving the chat.

## Set up the action

1. Open your AI Agent and go to **Actions**.
2. Click **New** and choose **Calendly Booking Widget**.
3. Add your Calendly event link.
4. Explain when the Agent should show the scheduler and choose how often it can appear.
5. Optionally prefill the user's name and email, save the booking ID to a variable, and customize the messages shown after booking.
6. Create the action, then enable it from the Actions page.
